The saying, full of people`s wisdom or the expressive idiom bring revival into the speech, making it more eloquent. The phraseologisms are mostly stylistically painted expressions. And in hands of masters of word they become one of the most effective mechanisms of creation of the artistic image, since they are used for revival of both author`s and character`s speech. Very frequently the phraseologisms are used in poetry, where it is possible to build a whole poetic structure based on stable combinations of words.
