Abstract


PERSONAL REİNFORCEMENT AND COACHİNG İN HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT
The most important and valuable capital of enterprises are well organized human resources. Interventions are carried out through an expert or a manager for inadequacy of human resources or inability to perform. Emphasis is placed on personnel empowerment in the management of human resources in order to increase employee productivity. As an alternative method, evaluation by coaching technique is shown by itself like a natural process. With this technique, it is possible to develop human resources in valuation and enable employees to use their instinctive abilities. The aim of this study is to be able to benefit from the human resources of the enterprises effectively and efficiently and in the framework of the vision of empowerment of personnel; The individual performance evaluation process of the employees is carried out in various ways through the special guidance method with high participation in the decision making process.
