Abstract


INVESTIGATING SATISFACTION LEVELS OF ADIYAMAN WOMEN HEALTH AND SPORT EDUCATION CENTER’S COSTUMERS
In this study, determining of what level is the satisfaction levels of Adıyaman Women Health and Sport eEducation Center’s costumers and how much satisfied about services avaliable to them by Adıyaman Women Health and Sport Education Center was constituted main purpose of study. While Adıyaman city was constituing population of this research, Adıyaman Women Health and Sport Education Center’s customers was constituted sample of research. Totally 165 customers participated to the research. Inventory was used as data gathering tool in research. The first part of scale includes 4 question towards women demographics, and the second part "Towards Healthy Living and Sports Clubs Customer Satisfaction Scale’’ developed by Deniz Kutlu and consisted of 22 question was used. Analysing data of research SPSS statistic pocket program was used, and significance level was taken as p<0,05. Consequently; women who participated to research gathered 110 point as the highest point from satisfaction level scale and the point averages was determined as 97,442. Surveyed women’s satisfaction levels determined as high because of the point average were closer to average of the highest score obtained from the scale. When surveyed women’s satisfaction level dimensions’s point average were examined, physical and psychological satisfaction dimension point average weredetermined as highest, the cleaning of the wellness center subdimension point average were determined as lowest.
