Abstract


SOCIAL MEDIA IN MARKETING ACTIVITIES: SAMPLE OF READY-MADE CLOTHING COMPANIES
Social media is an environment that is becoming more and more important in today's marketing trends and strengthens the position of the customer against companies and is widely used in the world. Nowadays, companies are establishing multi-dimensional and multi-channel communications instead of one-way and one-dimensional communications with consumers and customers. This multidirectional communication has been possible by social media applications that have become widespread with the development of internet technology. In our country, most of the public and private sector companies use social media applications and this is becoming widespread in all sectors. This study has been prepared in order to determine how much the companies in the ready-made clothing sector adopt, use and care social networks in marketing activities. The data of the study were collected by means of survey and statistical analyzes were performed. The perspectives of companies on social media in marketing activities were examined and the impact of social media was comprehensively discussed.
