In order to analyze the impact of municipal studies on the quality of life; Beylikdüzü is one of the main district of Istanbul. According to 2017 TUIK data, the population of Beylikdüzü district, whose population has reached to 314.670 and has been continuously increasing every year until today, has been taken as the main base. Rapid population growth in cities; culture, social, security, sports, recreation, housing, health, education, environment and transportation needs to be produced according to the necessity of service needs.
