Urban reinforcement elements in the city, which are necessary for urban comfort and welfare, should be identified. Thus, while the quality of life of the city is enriched, human-green-structure relations will be established. The purpose of selecting Ataköy and Şirinevler Neighborhoods is due to the reasons that these neighborhoods are so close to each other that only one vehicle passes between them and is as close to each other as a pedestrian bridge. The differences in education, culture and economic income of the residents of the neighborhood are the first reasons that come to mind and are directly reflected in the urban life and urban reinforcement elements. The irregular, unplanned settlement of the Şirinevler Neighborhood and the increasing population of the overly populated social areas and urban reinforcement areas are becoming even more incapable of meeting the needs.
