Abstract
İslam insanlık için gönderilmiş en son ve en mükemmel din olup insanoğlunu dünya ve ahirette saadete ve kurtuluşa erdirecek iman merkezli, ameli ve ahlaki normlar bütünüdür. Yüce Rabbimiz son din olarak İslam’ı belirlemiş son peygamber Hazreti Muhammed’i (sav.) peygamber olarak seçmiş, Kuran’ı Kerim’i son ilahi kitap olarak göndermiştir. Kur’an ı Kerim’de yaş ve kuru hiçbir şey eksik bırakılmayacak şekilde her şey açıklanmıştır. Kur’an ı Kerim’e bakıldığında baştan sonuna kadar iman ile inkar, hak ile batıl mücadelesini görmek mümkündür. İnsanoğlunun inanç noktasında karşılaştığı problemler asırdan asıra farklılaştığından dolayı bu problemlere yönelik çözüm önerileride zamanın gereklerine göre güncellenmiştir.Bu noktada çağımızın son dönemde müfessirlerinden ve Vehbe Ez-Zuhayli’nin hacimli bir eseri olan et-Tefsîru’l-münîr fi’l-‘akîdeti ve’ş-şerî’ati ve’l-menhec’ tefsirindeki inkar merkezli inanç akımlarına karşı müfessirin vermiş olduğu cevapları ve Kur’an ı Kerim’in bakış açısını ortaya koymaya çalıştık. Son dönemde bütün insanları etkisi altında bırakan ateizm, deizm, materyalizm, agnostisizm, sekülerizm, nihilizmin, pozitivizm, konularını müfessirin kaleminden Kur’an perspektifinden makalemizde değerlendirmeye çalışacağız.

Abstract
Islam is the last and most perfect religion sent for humanity and is a set of faith-centered, practical and moral norms that will lead human beings to happiness and salvation in this world and the hereafter. Our Almighty Lord determined Islam as the last religion, chose the last prophet Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) as his prophet, and sent the Qur'an as the last divine book. Everything is explained in the Qur'an in such a way that nothing wet or dry is left missing. When we look at the Qur'an, it is possible to see the struggle between faith and denial, truth and falsehood from beginning to end. Since the problems faced by human beings at the point of belief have differed from century to century, solutions to these problems have been updated according to the requirements of the time. At this point, we tried to reveal the answers given by the commentator and the point of view of the Holy Qur'an against the denial-centered belief currents in the commentary of at-Tafsîru'l-munîr fi'l-'aqîdeti ve'ş-şerî'ati ve'l-manhaj', which is a voluminous work of Vehbe Ez-Zuhayli, one of the recent commentators of our age and Vehbe Ez-Zuhayli . In our article, we will try to evaluate the issues of atheism, deism, materialism, agnosticism, secularism, nihilism, positivism, which have recently influenced all people, from the perspective of the Qur'an from the pen of the commentator.
