Abstract
Osmanlı Devleti’nin son döneminde, suçları takip edebilmek ve faillere dair bilgileri toplu halde görebilmek maksadıyla tutulan iki türlü suç cetveli bulunmaktadır. Bunlardan ilki, cinayet suçlarının mahalli, faillerin isimleri, suçun detayları gibi bilgileri içeren “vukuat-ı cinaiye cetvelleri”, ikincisi ise vilayet dâhilinde gerçekleşen tüm suçları ve faillerin niteliklerini rakamsal olarak ve toplu halde içeren “ceraim-i umumiye cetvelleri”dir. Türklerin en eski âdetlerinden birisi olan “kız kaçırma”, evlenme yollarından birisi olarak günümüzde dahi varlığını sürdürmektedir. Ancak kızın hile veya zorla kaçırılması, reşit olmaması yahut kaçırmanın ardından ırzına tasallut edilmesi durumu, Osmanlı hukuku içerisinde de bir suç teşkil etmektedir. Hadisenin ağırlığına göre bu suç, cinayet veya cünha kapsamında değerlendirilmektedir. Bu çalışma dâhilinde, Aydın vilayetinde meydana gelen kız kaçırma suçlarının kazalara göre ve faillerin niteliklerine göre dağılımı verilmeye çalışılmıştır.

Abstract
In the last period of Ottoman Empire, there were two kinds of crime rulers those are maintained in order to follow crimes and see batches informations about perpetrators. The first of them are “felony schedules” which contains informations about crime scenes, perpetrators name and details about felonies; the seconds are “general crimes schedules” which are containing all occuring crimes in the province and characteristic of perpetrators by numbers. “Abduction” is one of the oldest traditions of Turks, continue to exist even today as one of the marriage ways. But if the kidnapping realize by trick or forcibly, the girl of a minor or there are rape after kidnapping, according to Ottoman laws it would be a felony. According to weights of crime incident, are considered as felony or minor offense. Within this study attempted to give, district of occured abductions in the Aydın province and characteristic of perpetrators.
