Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı, vaizlerin iş doyum düzeylerini tespit etmektir. Bu amaçla Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı’nda 2015-2016 yıllarında Akdeniz Bölgesinde görev yapan vaizlerden tesadüfi örneklem yoluyla seçilmiş 85 vaiz araştırmanın örneklemini oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada nicel veri toplama teknikleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen iş doyum ölçeği örneklem grubundaki vaizlere uygulanmıştır. Vaizlere yönelik olarak iş doyum ölçeği geliştirilirken uzman görüşü alınmıştır. Ölçeğin yapı geçerliği ve güvenirliğini sağlamak amacıyla faktör analizi ve güvenirlik analizi yapılmıştır. Ölçeğin güvenirlik değeri 0,889 olarak bulunmuştur. Araştırmada vaizlerden elde edilen iş doyum puanları unvan, eğitim durumu, DİB’da görev süresi, meslek seçim nedeni durumlarına göre farklılaşmaktadır. Vaizlerin iş doyum puanı ortama değeri 93,3412 olarak bulunmuştur. Bu durum vaizlerin iş doyumlarının ortalama değerin üzerinde olduğunu göstermektedir.

Abstract
The aim of the study is to determine job satisfaction levels of preachers. For this purpose, 85 selected preachers via random sampling in preachers serving in the Presidency of Religious Affairs between the years of 2015-2016 in the mediterranean Religion constitute the sample of the study. Quantitative data collection techniques were used in the research. Job satisfaction scale developed by the researcher were examined the preachers in the sample group. In the process of developing job satisfaction scale, experts’ opinion was taken. In order to ensure construct validity and realiability, factor and reliability analysis were applied. Reliability coefficient value (Cronbach’s Alpha) was calculated as 0,889. Job satisfaction points getting from preachers vary to title, educational status, state of studying graduate researches, reason of chosing the profession. Average value of preachers’ job satisfaction points is calculated as 96.8982. In this case shows that job satisfaction of preachers is on the average.
