Abstract
Bu çalışmada, içinde Çağatay Türkçesi dil özelliklerini barındıran Cemîlî Dîvânı ve bu eserin dîbâcesinde yer alan şiirler üzerinde durulmaktadır. Çalışmanın giriş bölümünde Cemîlî’nin hayatı, edebî kişiliği üzerinde durulmuş, şairin bilinen tek eseri olan dîvânının şekil ve muhteva özellikleri hakkında özet bilgi sunulmuştur. İlk bölümde; genelde Dîbâce üzerinde durulmuş, Türkçe divan dîbâceleri arasında Cemîlî Dîvânı’nın Dîbâcesi’nin yeri araştırılmıştır. Son bölümde; Cemîlî Dîvânı’nın Dîbâcesi’nde yer alan şiirlerden Kanuni Sultan Süleyman ve İbrahim Paşa için yazılan medhiye türü şiirler şekil, tür, muhteva, dil ve anlatım özellikleri bakımından incelenmiştir. İbrahim Paşa için yazılan Muvaşşah (Akrostiş) şiir, türünün güzel örneklerinden biridir. Dîbâcedeki üç şiir metni, yazma nüshaya bağlı kalınarak okunmuş, dil içi çevirileri ve notlarla birlikte sunulmuştur. Sonuç ve kaynakça yazımıyla çalışma tamamlanmıştır.

Abstract
In this study, Cemîlî’s Dîvân, which contains Çağatay Turkish language features, and poems in the preface of this work are emphasized. In the introduction part of the work, Cemîlî's life and literary personality are emphasized and brief information about the form and content characteristics of the sole known work of the poet is presented. In the first chapter; it is generally emphasized on preface (Dîbâce), and the place of preface of Cemîlî’s Dîvân among the Turkish divan subjects is investigated. In the last section; the praise poetry types written for Kanuni Sultan Süleyman and İbrahim Pasha from the poems in Dibâce of Cemîlî’s Dîvân have been examined in terms of features, form, content, language and narration. Acrostic (Muvaşşah) poem written for Ibrahim Pasha is one of the successful examples of this type. The three poetry texts in Dibace are presented adhering to hand-writing copy accompanied by transcriptions and notes. The study has been completed by writing the result and references.
