Abstract
Mitoloji, bir millete ya da bir grup insana ait toplanmış mitlerin tümüne verilen addır. Mit ise kuşaktan kuşağa yayılan, toplumun düş gücü etkisiyle zamanla biçim değiştiren, evrenin doğuşu vb.yle ilgili, imge ve sembollerin anlatıldığı halk hikayeleridir. Bu imge ve semboller, kültürler ve mitolojilerde çeşitli olay ve olgular içerisinde yer almıştır. Türk mitolojisinde de imge ve sembollere sıklıkla rastlanmaktadır. Semboller insanların zihninde ve bilinçaltında her zaman yer etmiştir Türk mitolojisinde imge ve semboller sanat ile iç içe olmuş ve çeşitli sanat eserlerinde kendini göstermiştir. Günümüzde ise semboller; renk, şekil, çizgi, fikir, yaratıcılık ve yorumlarıyla toplumlarda farklı anlamlarda yorumlanmaktadır. Havva Marta’da Türk mitolojisinde yer alan sembollerde etkilenen Türk sanatçılarımızdan birisidir. Çalışmamızda sanatçının mitolojik öge ve sembolleri kullanarak yaptığı 8 eserini analiz edip yorumlamaya çalışacağız.

Abstract
Mythology defines the whole of myths belonging to a nation or a group of people. Myths are the folktales about the emergence of the universe by using images and symbols, which spreaded from generation to another and changed through the imagination of society over time. These images and symbols, from past to present day, have taken place in various events and phenomena in different cultures and mythologies. Images and symbols are also frequently encountered in Turkish mythology. Symbols have always kept people's minds and consciousness occupied. Today, the images and symbols in Turkish mythology are also existing in various branches of art. Today, symbols are interpreted differently in in every society with colors, shapes, lines, ideas, creativity, and interpretations. Havva Marta is also one of our Turkish artists who is influenced by the symbols in Turkish mythology. In our work, we tried to interpret and analyze ten works the artist which involve mythological elements and symbols
