SÜRDÜRÜLEBİLİR TURİZM AÇISINDAN YAYLA EVLERİNİN TURİSTLERE KİRALANMASINA YÖNELİK BİR ARAŞTIRMA: NİKSAR ÇAMİCİ YAYLASI ÖRNEĞİ

Abstract
Turizm, sağladığı faydalar ile insanlar ve ülkeler için önemli sektörlerden biridir. Bu sektör yapıldığı çevrenin tarihi ve doğal güzellikleri ile beslenmektedir. Her ne kadar turizm yapılırken bu kaynaklar korunmaya çalışılsa da, özellikle bölgenin taşıma kapasitesinin üstüne çıkması doğal ve kültürel çevreye zarar verebilmektedir. Bunun önüne geçebilmek için sürdürülebilir turizm kavramı ortaya çıkmıştır. Sürdürülebilir turizm, yapılan turizm çeşidinin faydalandığı çevreye en az zararı verecek biçimde düzenlenmesi, planlanmasını ifade etmektedir. Dolayısıyla çevrenin gelecek nesillere miras olarak bırakılmasını prensibine dayanmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, sürdürülebilir turizm kavramı çerçevesinde yayla evlerinin turistik amaç ile kullanılması-kiralanması fikrinin uygulanabilirliği araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla, Niksar Çam içi yaylasında bulunan yayla evi sahipleri ile yüz yüze görüşme yöntemi ile nitel bir araştırma yapılmıştır. Ayrıca bölgede bulunan az sayıdaki otel ve pansiyon işletmeleri ile de görüşme yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda yayla evlerinin sürdürülebilir turizm kavramı çerçevesinde kullanılması açısından yöre halkının ve ev sahiplerinin görüşleri alınarak bir değerlendirilmede bulunulmuştur.

Abstract
Tourism is one of the important sectors and benefits for people and countries. The historical and natural features of the region are the sources of this sector. Although these resources are protected while tourism is carried out, especially above the transport capacity of the region can damage the natural and cultural environment. Sustainable tourism means planning the tourism activity to be done in a way that reduces the damage to the environment. Therefore, it is based on the principle of leaving the country as inheritance to future generations. In this study, the applicability of the idea of using and renting highland houses for tourist purposes within the framework of sustainable tourism concept will be investigated. For this purpose, qualitative research will be carried out an interview with the plateau owners of Niksar Çamiçi plateau. In addition, a small number of hotels in the region will also be interviewed. As a result of the survey, we will evaluate and comment on the opinions of local people and host families on the use of plateau houses for accommodation purposes.
