Abstract
Teknoloji çağında otonom ve/veya yarı otonom denilen insansız sistemlerin savunma ve güvenlik alanlarında kendisini göstermesi ile birlikte silahlı çatışmalardaki en etkili kaynak olan insan unsurunun önemi giderek azalmaya başlamıştır. Savunma ve güvenlik alanlarında kullanılan her yeni silah ya da teknolojik aygıtın kullanımının hukuka uygunluğu tartışmalıdır. İnsansız hava araçları, buna verilebilecek güzel bir örnek teşkil eder. Bugüne kadar gerçekleştirilen silahlı saldırılarda kullanılan insansız hava araçlarının yol açtığı sorunlar nedeniyle yöneltilen eleştiriler ve hukuka uygunlukları konusundaki tereddütler giderek artış göstermiştir. Bu bağlamda mevcut uluslararası hukuk kurallarına göre insansız hava araçlarının kullanılmasının hukuka aykırı olup olmadığı incelenmektedir.

Abstract
In the age of technology, with the autonomous and/or semi-autonomous unmanned systems have emerged in defense and security fields, the importance of the human element, which is the most effective source of armed conflicts, has gradually started to decrease. The lawfulness of the use of every new weapon or technological device used in defense and security fields is controversial. Unmanned aerial vehicles are a good example. Concerns about the problems caused by unmanned aerial vehicles used in the armed attacks carried out to date and the doubts about the legal compliance have increased. In this context, it is examined whether the use of unmanned aerial vehicles is unlawful in accordance with international law.
