Abstract
Nurettin Durman, şiiri renklerin oluşturduğu imgeler dünyası olarak tarif eder. Toplumda yaşanan kötülük, çirkinlik ve haksızlıklar karşısında savunulması gereken değerler için şiiri bir araç olarak görür. Şairin şiirsel eyleminden dolayı ödül ve ceza bağlamında sorgulanacağına inanır. Geniş bir anlam ve çağrışım yelpazesine sahip olan imgeyi şiirin ruhu, canı ve kanı olarak tanımlar. Şiiri; zihinsel bir fantezi olarak değil, hayatın bize verip aldıklarını soyut ve somut verilerle ortaya koyan ve böylece dünyaya kök salan bir eylem olduğunu belirtir. Gittikçe artan yabancılaşmanın meydana getirdiği bunalıma işaret eden şair, dünyada yaşanan acıların şiirde yankılanmamasına, karşılık bulmamasına isyan eder. Şiirin bir dinin, ideolojinin, davanın yazılı ve bütüncül metni olmadığını; ancak şairin din, ideoloji ve dava sahibi olduğunu, ya Rahman’ın yolunda ya da şeytanın yolunda savaşım verdiğini düşünür. Siyasi baskıların şairin kendi dünya görüşü doğrultusunda şiir yazmasını zorlaştırdığını dile getirir. Dikta yönetimlerin şairi hüzne, çileye ve hapis hayatına zorlamasını eleştirir. Bu çalışmada Nurettin Durman’ın yazılarında yer alan poetik düşünceler ana hatlarıyla başlıklar halinde tasnif edilerek analiz edilmektedir.

Abstract
Nurettin Durman describes poetry as a world of images created by colors. He sees poetry as a tool for the values that need to be defended against the evil, ugliness and injustices experienced in the society. He believes that the poet will be questioned in the context of reward and punishment because of his poetic action. He defines the image, which has a wide range of meanings and connotations, as the spirit, soul and blood of the poem. He states that poetry is not a mental fantasy, it is an action that reveals what life gives us and takes with abstract and concrete data and thus takes root in the world. Pointing to the depression caused by the increasing alienation, the poet rebels that the pains experienced in the world do not resonate and find no response in poetry. The author, who says that poetry is not a written and holistic text of a religion, ideology or cause, still thinks that the poet has religion, ideology and cause, and is fighting either on the path of Rahman or on the path of the devil. He states that political pressures make it difficult for the poet to write poetry in line with his own worldview. He criticizes the dictatorship's forcing the poet to sorrow, suffering and prison life. In this study, poetic thoughts in Nurettin Durman's writings are analyzed in outline by classifying them under headings.
