The first of them are “felony schedules” which contains informations about crime scenes, perpetrators name and details about felonies; the seconds are “general crimes schedules” which are containing all occuring crimes in the province and characteristic of perpetrators by numbers. “Abduction” is one of the oldest traditions of Turks, continue to exist even today as one of the marriage ways. But if the kidnapping realize by trick or forcibly, the girl of a minor or there are rape after kidnapping, according to Ottoman laws it would be a felony. According to weights of crime incident, are considered as felony or minor offense.
