Abstract
Bu çalışmada cümle ve cümle türlerinin tanımı ile başlayıp asıl olarak yapı bakımından birleşik cümle türleri, birleşik cümle türlerinin alt türü olan bağlı birleşik cümleler ile bunların işlevleri üzerinde duruldu. Birleşik cümle türlerinin tanım ve tasnifi hususunda çeşitli görüşlere yer verildi. Bağlı birleşik cümle yapısı hususunda Mehmet Özmen’in bağlı birleşik cümle tasnifi temel alındı. Bağlı birleşik cümlelerin Kuyucaklı Yusuf romanında kullanım sıklığı, kullanım işlevleri ve ki bağlayıcısının işlevleri değerlendirildi. Bağlı birleşik cümleler sınıflandırılırken ki bağlacı ile kurulan bağlı birleşik cümleler ve diğer bağlaçlarla bağlanan bağlı birleşik cümleler olarak iki başlıkta ele alındı. Ki bağlama edatı ile oluşturulan birleşik cümlelerin konumu ile ilgili bilgilere yer verildi. Konu ile ilgili kendi görüşlerimiz beyan edildi. Bağlı birleşik cümlelerin işlevleri incelenirken “Sabahattin Ali’nin Kuyucaklı Yusuf Romanında Birleşik Cümle Türleri” adlı yüksek lisans tezimde tespit ettiğimiz bağlı birleşik cümleler kullanıldı. Ki’li birleşik cümlelerin dilimizde işlevleri, Türkçenin gramer yapısına uygunluğu incelendi ve örneklerle desteklendi. Ayrıca cümle üstü birimler ve bu birimlerin işlevleri hakkında bilgiler verildi. Cümle üstü birimlerle kurulan bağlı birleşik cümlelere örnekler verildi. Çalışmanın sonunda tüm bu elde edilen bulgular ile bağlı birleşik cümlelerin kullanım amaçları ve kullanım sıklıkları; bahsi geçen eserden alınan örnekler doğrultusunda, sayısal verilerden ve tablolardan yararlanılarak çalışmanın sonuç bölümünde ifade edildi.

Abstract
In this study, starting with the definition of sentences and sentence types, we mainly focused on unified sentence types in terms of structure, connected unified sentences, which are subtypes of unified sentence types, and their functions. Various opinions were given on the definition and classification of combined sentence types. Mehmet Özmen's connected unified sentence classification was based on the connected unified sentence structure. The frequency of use of connected compound sentences in the Kuyucakli Yusuf novel, usage functions and functions of the ki binder were evaluated. When classifying connected combined sentences, they were considered in two headings as connected combined sentences formed with the ki conjunction and connected combined sentences connected with other conjunctions. Information about the position of the combined sentences formed with the binding preposition was included. Our own views on the subject have been declared. When examining the functions of connected combined sentences, the connected combined sentences that we identified in my master's thesis titled “Types of Combined Sentences in Sabahattin Ali's Kuyucakli Yusuf Novel” were used. The functions of the combined sentences with ki in our language, their suitability to the grammatical structure of Turkish were examined and supported by examples. In addition, information was given about supra-sentence units and the functions of these units. Examples of connected combined sentences formed with supra-sentence units were given. At the end of the study, the purposes of use and frequency of use of the combined sentences connected with all these findings obtained were expressed in the conclusion section of the study by using numerical data and tables in accordance with the examples taken from the mentioned work.
