Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı, Osmanlı Devleti’nin ilkokullar için hazırladığı müfredat programı ile 1946 yılına kadar olan dönemde hazırlanan müfredat programlarını analiz etmektir. Cumhuriyet Halk Partisi’nin dönem parti programlarında yer alan eğitim politikalarına paralel olarak ilkokul müfredat programları hazırlanmıştır. Çağın gerekleri ve uzman görüşleri doğrultusunda ilkokul müfredat programları yürürlüğe konulmuştur. Hazırlanan her ilkokul müfredat programı, bir öncekinin eksikliklerini tamamlamıştır

Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the curriculum prepared by the Ottoman Empire for primary schools, as well as the curricula developed up to 1946. Primary school curricula were formulated in alignment with the educational policies outlined in the party programs of the Republican People's Party. These curricula were enacted in accordance with the requirements of the period and the recommendations of subject-matter experts. Each subsequent primary school curriculum sought to address and rectify the deficiencies identified in its predecessor.
