Abstract
Felsefenin bir kolu olarak doğup gelişen “Estetik” kavramının amacı o eseri güzel kılan unsurları ortaya çıkarmaktır. Bu unsurlar iç ve dış güzelliğe ait unsurlardır. Edebiyat incelemelerinde, eser tahlillerinde sabit, mutlak kesin bir metot yoktur. Bir eseri hangi metot daha iyi inceliyorsa, aydınlatıyorsa o metot veya metotlar, bilim dalları kullanılır. Edebî eseri kimi araştırmacılar insan bünyesi, organik bir varlık gibi düşünmüşlerdir. İnsan vuzuhları gibi edebî eserin de organları, parçaları vardır. Bu parçalardan biri de hiç şüphesiz eserin motifidir. Bu çalışmada Kıbrıs Türk Edebiyatı’nda realist bir yazar olarak adlandırılan Osman Güvenir’in, Üç Pencere adlı romanının estetik yönünü kuvvetlendiren motifler tespit edilmeye çalışılacaktır.

Abstract
The purpose of the "Aesthetics” concept which is borned and developed as a branch of philosophy is to find out the elements that make it work nicely. These elements are the elements of the inner and outer beauty. In the literature reviews or in the analysis works there is no absolute certain methods. Better method, methods or disciplines are used in reviewing works. Literary work of some researchers consider the human body as an organic entity. Like in humans, there are organs and parts in literary work. One of these part is undoubtedly work’s motif. In this study, the writer who has named realist in Cyprus Turkish Literature Osman Guvenir’s work named Üç Pencere novel’s aesthetic aspects will be studied to determine the motifs strengthened.
