Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı Genel Aidiyet Ölçeği’nin (GAÖ; Malone, Pillow, & Osman, 2012) Türkçe’ye uyarlamak ve Türkçe formun geçerlik ve güvenirliğini incelemektir. Araştırma 195 birey üzerinde yürütülmüştür. Doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizinde 12 maddeden oluşan 2 boyutlu (kabullenme, reddedilme) modelin iyi uyum verdiği görülmüştür (x²= 131.15, sd= 51, RMSEA= .090, CFI= .94, IFI= .94, SRMR= .060, GFI= .90). Ölçeğin Cronbach alfa iç tutarlık katsayısı kabul edilme alt boyutu için .86, reddedilme alt boyutu için .88 olarak bulunmuştur. Bu sonuçlar ölçeğin Türkçe formunun geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracı olduğunu göstermektedir.

Abstract
This study investigated the validity and reliability of the Turkish Version of the General Belongingness Scale (GAÖ; Malone, Pillow, & Osman, 2012). The study group consisted of 195 people. Results of confirmatory factor analysis demonstrated that the 12 items loaded on two factors (acceptance and rejection; x²= 131.15, df= 51, RMSEA= .090, CFI= .94, IFI= .94, SRMR= .060 GFI= .90). Internal consistency reliability coefficients were .86 for acceptance subscale, .88 for rejection subscale. These results demonstrate that the Turkish Version of the General Belongingness Scale is a valid and reliable instrument.
