Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı, yeni bir öğretmen yetiştirme modeli olan “aday öğretmenlik” uygulamasıyla ataması yapılan öğretmenlerin mesleki süreçlere ilişkin görüşlerini tespit etmektir. Araştırma nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden durum çalışması deseniyle yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri 2016-2017 Eğitim-Öğretim yılında Türkiye’nin batısında yer alan bir ilin ortaöğretim kurumlarında görev yapan toplam 10 aday öğretmenle görüşülerek toplanmıştır. Araştırma verileri, görüşme soruları yoluyla elde edilmiş olup, elde edilen veriler içerik analiziyle temalara ayrılarak kodlanmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak da yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme yöntemi kullanılmış. Araştırmada aday öğretmenler, uygulanmakta olan öğretmenlik uygulamasıyla eski sistem arasındaki ilişkinin olumlu ve olumsuz yönlerine değinmişlerdir. Sonuç olarak “aday öğretmenlik” uygulamasının mesleki hayata hem öğretmenlik deneyimi hem de resmi işler noktasında katkı sağladığı, ancak sınıfa danışman öğretmenle girmenin birtakım olumsuz yanlarının da bulunduğu anlaşılmıştır.

Abstract
The aim of this research is to determine the opinions of the teachers who are assigned with the application of "candidate teaching" which is a new teacher training model. The research was carried out with a case study design from qualitative research methods. The research data was collected from 10 candidates who were working in secondary education institutions in the province of western Turkey in 2016-2017 academic year. The research data were obtained through interview questions and the data obtained were coded by analyzing the content by theme. Semi-structured interview method was used as data collection tool. Pre-service teachers have touched on the positive and negative aspects of the relationship between the applied teaching practice and the old system in the research. As a result, it has been understood that the practice of "pre-service teaching" has contributed to the professional life both in terms of teaching experience and official work, but there are also some negative aspects of entering the class with the advisor teacher.
