Abstract
Bu araştırmada, Denizli ili Çivril ilçesindeki ilkokullarda görev yapan öğretmenlerin görüşlerine göre, okul yöneticilerinin etik liderlik davranışları ile öğretmen motivasyonu arasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir. Araştırmada “ilişkisel tarama modeli” kullanılmış olup araştırmanın evrenini 2015–2016 eğitim-öğretim yılı Denizli ili Çivril ilçesinde görev yapan ilkokul öğretmenleri oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada kullanılan veri toplama araçları; “Etik Liderlik Ölçeği (ELÖ)” ve “İş Motivasyon Ölçeği (İMÖ)” ölçekleridir. ELÖ Ölçeğinin Cronbach Alpha değeri 0,963 ve İMÖ Ölçeğinin Alpha değeri 0, 924 olarak bulunmuştur. Elde edilen bulgulara göre okul yöneticilerinin etik liderlik davranışlarının ne derece sergilediklerine ilişkin öğretmen görüşlerinin “Katılıyorum” düzeyinde olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Öğretmenlerin iş motivasyon düzeyi ise “Kısmen memnunum” olarak bulunmuştur.

Abstract
In this research, according to the opinions of the teachers working in the primary schools in Çivril district of Denizli province, the relationship between the ethical leadership behaviors of school administrators and teacher motivation was researched. "Relational screening model" was used in the research and primary school teachers working in Çivril district of Denizli province of 2015-2016 academic year, constitute the universe of the research. "Ethical Leadership Scale (ELÖ)" and "Business Motivation Scale (IMO)" scales. The Cronbach Alpha value of the ELO Scale was found to be 0.963 and the Alpha value of the IMO Scale was found to be 0, 924. According to the findings obtained, the opinions of the teachers about the degree of ethical leadership behaviors of school administrators were identified to be in the level of "I agree". Teachers' motivation level of work was found to be "Partially satisfied".
