Abstract
Asr Sûresi, kısa olmakla beraber Kur’ân’daki bütün tavsiye ve nasihatların özü sayılır. İslâm âlimi İmam Şâfiî (ö. 204/820), “Kur’ân’da başka bir sûre nâzil olmasaydı Asr Sûresi insanlara yeterdi” diyerek bu hakikâtı açıklar. Bu sûrede Allah asra yemin eder ve insanın hüsrânda olduğuna dikkat çeker. Allah, imân edenler, sâlih amel işleyenler ile sosyal hayatta birbirlerine hakkı ve sabrı tavsiye eden kişilerin bu hüsrândan müstesnâ olduklarını haber verir. İmâm Mâtürîdî (ö. 606/1210), insana hikmetle verilen zamanı bu sûrede sayılan psiko-sosyal hikmetleri yani îmân eden, salih amel işleyen, hakkı ve sabrı tavsiye edenlerin kazançlı olacaklarını belirtir. Yaratılmışların en şereflisi olarak yaratılan insanın özgür irâdesi ve en aziz şey olan aklını kullanarak hüsrândan kâra yani geçici dünya zamanını ebedî âhiret zamanına dönüştürebileceğini söyler. İstiklâl marşı şâiri Mehmet Âkif Ersoy (ö. 1936), “meknûn o büyük sûrede esrâr-ı felâh” diyerek bu sûredeki psiko-sosyal tutum ve davranışların yapılmasının önemine işâret eder. Bu makâlede Türk-İslâm dünyasının önemli âlimlerinden Ebû Mansûr el-Mâtürîdî ile M.Âkif’e göre Asr Sûresi’nde problemlere çözüm arayışlarında insan hayatında hüsrânı önleyen îmân tezâhürü psiko-sosyal hikmetler değerlendirilmektedir.

Asr Surah, although short The Qoran is considered the essence of all advice and counsel. Islamic scholar Imam Shafi (d.204/820), “Wasn't revealed in the Quran for another surah, this Asr Surah was enough for people” this fact explains by saying. In this Surah Allah time swear and people pointed out that in frustration. Believers, do righteous deeds in social life, rights and recommended for those who have the patience to each other, Allah will let the people know that they are excluded from the losers. Imam al-Maturidi (d.606/1210), the time that is given to people with wisdom this Surah is considered in the psycho-social meanings; so believers, do righteous deeds and patience indicates those who would benefit from the advice of rights. Man created as the most honourable of all creation, free will and using your mind the most cherished thing profit from the losers so, temporary world time eternal says that you can turn to time hereafter. Mehmet Akif Ersoy (d.1936), “The wisdom of salvation hidden in this great Surah” saying psycho-social attitudes and behaviors the making of in this Surah. This article examined and evaluated, the prevent frustration in human life manifestation of faith psycho-social wisdoms in Asr Surah, according to the Turkish-Islamic world is one of the important scholars Maturidi and Mehmet Akif.
