Abstract
Kur’an’ı Kerim’in muhtevası içinde önemli yer tutan konulardan birisi de şüphesiz geçmiş milletler, peygamberler ve bazı önemli tarihi olayları anlatan kıssalardır. Allah Teâla bu kıssalarla insanlığa pek çok gerçeği anlatmaktadır. Bu gerçeklerden birisi de; Kehf suresinde Hz. Musa (a.s.) ve “Allah’ın kullarından bir kul” olan ve -kimliği gizli tutulmakla beraber- Hızır olarak kabul edilen salih kul kıssasıdır. Bu kıssa ile verilmek istenen mesaj; topyekûn kâinatta ve olaylarda hâkim olan gizli ilahi bir gücün varlığını anlatmaktır. Bu gerçeği kavramak için insan ilminin yeterli ol(a)mayacağı, insana sadece sınırlı bir ilim verildiğini tecrübi bir şekilde, hem de Hz. Musa (a.s.)’ın şahsında göstermektir.

Abstract
One of the issues that have an important place in the content of the Qur'an is undoubtedly the short stories that describe past nations, prophets and some important historical events. Allah Almighty tells humanity many facts in this way. One of these facts is The Prophet Musa (a.s.) and "a servant of God's servants" and the rightful servant that is accepted as Khidr in the surat al-Kahf. The message to be given with this story is to describe the existence of a secret divine power that is dominant in the entire universe and events. To understand this fact, it is to demontrate it in the person of Moses (a.s) that human knowledge is not enough and only a limited knowledge is given to human beings experientially.
