Abstract

Osmanlı Devleti döneminde yapılmış olan nüfus kayıtları hem kayıtların yapıldığı dönem açısından hem de günümüz açısından çok değerli bilgiler içermektedirler. Yukarıda çalışmanın başlığında belirtildiği üzere ilgili bölgelere Osmanlı Devleti’nin aşiretleri iskân etmesi söz konusudur. Aşiretler iskân edilirken aynı adı taşıyan aşiretin tümünü belli bir bölgeye yerleştirmemiş, bunları parçalayarak iskân etmesi söz konusudur. Dönem itibarıyla aşiretler hayvancılıkla meşgul olduklarından dolayı aşiretlerin yaylak ve kışlak hayatına özen gösterilmiştir. Çalışma okunduğunda aşiretlerin karışık olarak iskân edilerek insanların kaynaşmasının da sağlandığı görülmektedir. Ayrıca defterde aşiretlerin yerleştikleri yerlerin isimleri ile yaylak isimlerinin bulunması yer adları bilimi açısından önem arz etmektedir.

Abstract

The population records that were made during the Ottoman period contain very valuable information both in terms of the period in which the records were made and in terms of today. As mentioned in the beginning of the above study, it is mentioned that the tribes of the Ottoman Empire settled in the respective regions. When the tribes are being settled, the tribe with the same name does not place all of them in a particular area, and it is about to settle them by shredding them. Since the tribes were busy with livestock as of the period, the tribes were cared for their spring and winter life. When the study is read, it appears that the tribes have been settled in a mixed way and the people have been able to coalesce. Besides, the place names of the places where the tribes are placed in the book and the presence of the yaylak names are important in terms of their place names.
