These changes include adding courses to the curriculum, updating the programs, adding a course of the same name to these problems, changing a new explanation or changes to the legislation. Targets in both political parties and government programs in Turkey are becoming educational policies. Sometimes regulations are made in line with the National Security Council, the Ministry of Development, the decisions of the Council of Ministers and the opinions of civil society organizations. The lack of regulation according to the results of the application and research results in harm to the continuity of the process and causes new regulations in every management change. In October 2018, the Ministry of National Education issued a 2023 Education Vision document. The main aim of the document is to raise conscious, sensitive, qualified, moral generations with future skills who are interested in science and who can use this skills for the benefit of humanity. The document that addresses education as an ecosystem aims to design and modify all sub-components of the system simultaneously. Based on an educational approach integrated with democracy and the economy, “student, parent, teacher and school” are considered as the the four basic components of the Education Vision document. In this study, a general evaluation of the objectives of the 2023 Education Vision is done with a critical point of view from the past and current educational practices.},author={SADIK KARTAL},year={2019},journal={The Journal of Turk-Islam World Social Studies}}
