Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the opinions of Turkish students as a foreign language about their anxiety levels during grammar learning process. For this purpose, the opinions of the students learning Turkish as a foreign language about their anxiety situations and their competences during grammar learning process were taken with various data collection tools. The case study design, one of the qualitative research designs, was used in the study. The study group of the research is consists of students studying at TÖMER C1 at a state university west of Turkey. Content analysis method was used to analyze the data obtained in the study. As a result of the study, it was found that students who learn Turkish as a foreign language rarely experience anxiety during grammar learning. In addition, foreign students' perceptions of self-efficacy towards grammar learning were found to be moderate.
