Summary In this study ,it is aimed to develop a valid and reliable expectation scale towards to youth centers measure the attitudes of young people,participating in the activities in youth center.During the scale development process,a huge literature review was conducted and an item pool was created.With the opinions of experts in the fields of sports science education and youth leaders,a draft of an expectation scale was created.The questions are graded as a five-point Likert type. The scale was reached by 2053 volunteer young people who were members of the youth centers by “easy sampling method” and the scale was applied.As a result of the explanatory factor analysis based on the data obtained,it emerged a three factors scale consisting of 20 items. The explaining variance of KMO value was determined to be 94,Bartlett's Sphericity test p<0.001(x:25840,723;df:190;p:0.000).Cranbach alpha values of the scale;it was found as "working" 92 as as an "education" dimension 71as an "adequacy" dimension 90 and 94 as a whole.It was determined that the Youth Centers Satisfaction Scale(GMMÖ) developed according to these results is a valid,reliable and useful scale with 20 questions and 3 factors.
